Terms & Conditions — RawInstinct Fight Fund

1. About us

RawInstinct Fight Fund ("RawInstinct", "we", "our", "us") is a platform operated by Monje & Vendavales LTD that connects boxers, white-collar boxers, promoters, and sponsors. By creating an account or using the site at rawinstinct.life you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must give us accurate information about yourself, your record, and any business you represent. You may only create one account per person or organisation.

3. Your account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including:

Keeping your password secret.
The accuracy of stats, claims, photos, and links you upload.
Any conversations and arrangements you make with other members.

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms, post abusive content, or misrepresent themselves.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid tiers (Beginner, VIP, White-Collar Contender, White-Collar Main Card, Promoter, and any future plans) are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorise recurring charges at the displayed price until you cancel.

Cancel any time from your billing portal — access continues until the period ends.
Free trial periods are shown at checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Lifetime VIP accounts granted by RawInstinct are non-transferable and may be revoked for breach of these Terms.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law (for example UK consumer rights). If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

6. Matching and contact details

Contact details (phone, email, social links) become visible only after a mutual match and the relevant subscription is active. Don't scrape, harvest, or redistribute another member's contact information.

7. Sponsorships and agreements

RawInstinct is an introduction platform. Any sponsorship, funding, fight booking, or other agreement is strictly between the members involved. We are not a party to those agreements and we don't guarantee outcomes, payments, fight bookings, or returns on sponsorship. Do your own due diligence.

8. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos, bio, stats, and other content. By posting it on RawInstinct you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it on the platform and in shareable profile pages while your account is active. You must have the right to post everything you upload.

9. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
Post fake records, fake sponsorship offers, or impersonate anyone.
Use the platform for illegal activity, including any unsanctioned fights.
Scrape the site or interfere with its operation.

10. Referrals

Referral credits are awarded only when an invited user starts a paid subscription. We may revoke credits for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or other abuse.

11. Liability

RawInstinct is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings, lost sponsorships, missed fights, or injuries arising from your use of the platform or from any arrangement made through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR. We use your data to run the platform, match you with relevant users, process payments, and send transactional email. We don't sell your data. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a banner on the site. Continuing to use RawInstinct after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
